Good Vibes in AI
Olaf Lemmens, Founder NinA AI Agency · July 26, 2025 · 6 min read

This week my newsletter is about good vibes, from my startup growing rapidly to the great vibe around AI tooling like Lovable.
"Olaf, I'm going to code a UI for our end-of-the-week meeting at 4:30 PM"
That's what one of our developers said (I won't name names). Vibe coding with a beer in hand, since it was already past 4.
His experiment with Lovable had produced a beautiful interface on top of our N8N workflow, allowing us to test multiple language models for our clients.
But it takes a bit more work than half an hour, because you guessed it: error message.
Vibe coding sounds like you're just messing around. Quick mockups are doable. But our team agrees it really helps if you understand and can write the code yourself, because they fixed that error immediately (Lovable didn't..)
Wind in our sails
In recent weeks, conversations with potential clients have been different.
More concrete. More urgent.
Where a year ago I still had to explain why AI is important, companies now ask: "We want our own environment for AI Automations and AI Agents, when can you start?"
These organizations have (finally, yes I've been saying this for 2 years) realized that the competition is already at it.
And honestly? You notice it directly in our business.
We're running at full speed.
Our AI Setups (securely hosting N8N in Amsterdam + PostgreSQL database + reverse proxy) are being implemented weekly. A great entry product.
The agency model I fought for over two years?
It works. Finally.
30 / 40 or 50 hours of development and consulting from our team to continuously work on AI projects, with clear time savings and cost reductions as a result.
Clients who wanted one pilot last year are now asking for three new projects at once. They see the results. They want more.
The AI summer is here
While everyone traditionally thinks these months are quiet, the AI world is running at full speed:
GPT-5 landing is becoming more concrete. "OpenAI is expected to release its next big model — GPT-5 — in August, Axios has learned." Leaks show a "GPT-5-reasoning-alpha" model already being tested internally.
Lovable is literally exploding. Surpassing $100 million in ARR in just eight months, with more than 2.3 million active users. The #1 fastest-growing software company to reach $100 million in revenue of all time.
Faster than OpenAI. Faster than Cursor. Faster than Wiz.
$200 million raised at a $1.8 billion valuation. In summer. When everyone should be on vacation.
These are not the numbers of a quiet period. These are the numbers of an industry going full throttle.
Why this momentum helps our clients now
At NinA AI Agency we feel this energy directly. Not because we're riding the hype, but because our approach fits this momentum perfectly.
Our AI Setups are a starting point. We don't lock anything in, we provide AI Architecture for clients, with their own login.
PostgreSQL database storing all organization data centrally. N8N workflows automating tasks. Reverse proxy for secure access. Everything hosted in Amsterdam, fully GDPR-compliant.
Our monthly AI Build model makes the difference. No massive six-month consultancy projects. Every month we tackle a new process. Every month clients see concrete time savings.
The business case is crystal clear: 4 to 12 hours of time savings per week. That's not just efficiency. That's often direct cost savings of €15,000-€45,000 per year. Per automated process.
The last chance for real AI knowledge
And I haven't even mentioned our knowledge sharing yet.. Let me do that quickly.
Thursday (July 31) and Friday (Aug 1) we're giving our most popular workshop: AI Agents.
No more theoretical talk about what AI might do someday. Hands-on building of working AI Agents. With templates for every type of AI Agent you can build.
This is not marketing. We keep groups small because otherwise quality drops. Maximum 10 participants per workshop.
Feedback from previous participants? "Finally someone who shows how it works, not just tells you it can."
Why now is the perfect moment
The AI industry has momentum. GPT-5 is coming. Funding flows to proven concepts like Lovable. Companies realize AI is no longer future music.
But here's the reality check: 90% of organizations will miss this momentum. They're waiting for the "perfect solution" or the "cheaper option next year."
Meanwhile, we're implementing practical AI solutions for the frontrunners that already deliver ROI.
Vibe coding is fun for developers who want to experiment. We build infrastructure for companies that want to win.
What do you think? Do you also see companies finally pushing through on AI? Or am I in my bubble?
Until next time,
Olaf Lemmens
